Get in Touch

This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official record.

Find the Right Baldwin Office

The office to contact depends on the record stage. The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office holds county booking and Corrections Center records. A city police department holds its own incident report. The Circuit Clerk holds the later court file, while ADOC handles records for people in state prison. Sheriff records hours and a fixed booking-photo fee were not published, so confirm both before submitting or visiting. The sheriff contact page warns that email may take up to 48 hours to be reviewed, which is not a record-production deadline.

Use these routes for the most common requests:

  • For a booking photo, current inmate, recent admit, release, or older county booking record, start with the Baldwin booking-record hub and then contact BCSO when a request is needed.
  • For a warrant concern, follow the safe official steps on Wanted Fugitives or contact the relevant court or attorney.
  • For a Daphne, Foley, or Bay Minette incident report, use that city police department’s records channel. A city report is separate from a county jail intake record.
  • For the case outcome, contact the Baldwin Circuit Clerk at 312 Courthouse Square, Suite 10, Bay Minette, AL 36507, 251-937-0280, during its published 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. hours.
  • For a currently incarcerated state prisoner, use the Alabama Department of Corrections offender search or ADOC public-record request.
  • For federal prison custody use the BOP locator. For immigration detention use the ICE locator, since neither is a Baldwin County roster.
