Why This Reference Exists
Alabama law treats many arrest and booking materials as public records, but access still depends on the right custodian. The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office creates the county booking record and operates the Corrections Center roster. The Alabama Department of Corrections publishes profiles for people now serving state prison sentences. Baldwin County court records show what happened after booking, while a written request can reach an older or nonpublic-facing record held by the proper office. This site organizes those official sources and explains their different roles. It publishes no booking-photo collection of its own.
Records Paths Collected Here
The coverage follows the actual Baldwin County record trail instead of treating one search as a complete history.
- The county booking and mugshot hub explains current custody, recent admits and releases, booking records, photo requests, and Alabama removal law.
- Wanted Fugitives covers the official warrant-confirmation route and safe ways to respond to a warrant concern.
- Separate city pages explain how Daphne, Foley, and Bay Minette police records connect to county intake and the court record.
- Official search steps distinguish the Baldwin roster from ADOC profiles, federal custody tools, and selected news coverage.
Limits of a Private Site
This is a privately run reference with no affiliation to an Alabama government agency, sheriff’s office, jail, court, or corrections department.
- It cannot release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
- It cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for someone.
- It cannot provide legal advice or act for a requester.
- It cannot promise that an address, fee, phone number, or agency page has not changed.
Only the responsible sheriff, court, police department, or corrections agency can confirm current custody, charges, release, or an official record.
How Search Partners Work
Some pages contain search tools supplied by outside providers. Those providers control their own results, terms, and prices. If a tool leads to a paid signup, this site may receive a referral fee that helps keep the public reference free to use. A referral does not make the provider’s result an official Baldwin County record.
